ARTIST STATEMENT
I work primarily in oil. I sometimes use an acrylic underpainting. I love figurative paintings, as well as landscapes. I would consider myself an expressionistic painter... I enjoy bold colors built up over a neutral base. I look for accuracy in form but rely on color to add emotion to the painting.
