ARTIST STATEMENT

I use hardwoods to handcraft my home goods and furniture in my woodshop. I currently source and mill wood in my community by rescuing urban trees that would otherwise be sent to the landfill. Being involved in the whole process of making my work enhances the meaning and uniqueness of each piece.
