ARTIST STATEMENT
Inspired by my global travels. I like to capture the essence of the place and time as vividly as I experienced it. Usually, I reference my own photo(s). In some cases, I begin a piece en plein aire and finish in studio. I use a limited palette and mix my own colors to achieve harmony and depth.
