ARTIST STATEMENT
Flameworked, borosilicate glass orbs up to 6" in diameter. This form of glassblowing allows for more detail than traditional techniques. The illusion on the inside appears to go beyond the constraints of the sphere while the opposite side contains 2-D patterns unique to the year of its creation.
