ARTIST STATEMENT
I use a hand-operated chain-stitch embroidery machine to embellish garments and wearable objects with original designs. The machine is portable and I set up to do embroidery on the spot in addition to having pre-made items. I also upcycle vintage textiles, like quilts, into contemporary garments.
