ARTIST STATEMENT

I create pieces that are both striking and functional. Most of the pieces display the natural beauty of the wood with no added color. In some cases I practice wabi sabi and beautify the inherent defects that are found in the woods I select. "Picking up where Mother Nature Left Off"
